Our BIG BANG Bangers are :

- Easily stored, as all dried ingredients, therefore lightweight and compact, saving chilled or freezer space normally required for fresh sausages

- Very easy to prepare – preparation time is minutes.
- Mixture can be made up as needed, or in batches and frozen, so ready prepared for cooking later. Once made up, the sausages cook best from frozen.
- Whilst cooking they form a golden crispy ‘skin’, with texture inside of proper British ‘Banger’, and same flavour & mouth-feel, fried until golden all round.
- Versatile – can be used for sausages or sausage rolls, or American breakfast patties. Can be marketed/served as part of a vegan British Breakfast, or traditional ‘Bangers & Mash’, stews, and much more.
- Ideal for food service – hotels, cafes & diners (catering size packs available), and can be stored for use when required.
